Exchanges

Sale Items
Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds.
Products purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, or with special discounts are not eligible for refunds, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for a store credit once the returned item has been received and approved.
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser before being given to you, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
